Rent the Facility

Available for entrepreneurs, private events & community meetings

Facilities include:

  • first floor kitchen (20 ft by 35 ft)
  • Second floor meeting room (30 ft by 50 ft)
  • first floor covered porch  (20 ft by 30 ft)

*All spaces are handicap accessible

The spaces can be rented between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. As available.

A deposit is required in addition to a signed rental agreement and contract.

In order to rent the facility one must provide proof of insurance indicating general liability insurance, and assume responsibility for personal injury or property loss during the rental period.

Animals, except service animals, are not allowed.

Our policy does not allow alcohol, tobacco, guns or flammable substances, including fireworks, on the grounds, and use of the river or surrounding areas is strictly prohibited.

Rental costs for non-profits:

Whole building: half day (3-4 hours) = $60, full day (6-8 hours) = $85

Second floor Meeting Room:
1 hour = $15
Half day (3-4 hours) = $25
Full day (6-8 hours) = $35

Kitchen:
1 hour = $10
Half day (3-4 hours) = $20
Full day (6-8 hours) = $30

Covered Porch:
1 hour = $10
Half day (3-4 hours) = $15
Full day (6-8 hours) = $20

Rental costs for the general public and for-profit groups:

Whole building: half day (3-4 hours) = $115, full day (6-8 hours) = $160

Second floor Meeting Room:
1 hour = $30
Half day (3-4 hours) = $45
Full day (6-8 hours) = $60
Kitchen:
1 hour = $20
Half day (3-4 hours) = $40
Full day (6-8 hours) = $60
Covered Porch:
1 hour = $20
Half day (3-4 hours) = $30
Full day (6-8 hours) = $40
A security deposit of 20% of the full rental amount or $100, whichever is less is required.

The Plenty!
